Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preferences. Refunds are only provided for faulty or defective items.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Provide photos of the fault or defect

  • Include your order number and description of the issue

  • We'll arrange a full refund or replacement (including original shipping costs)

Items are considered faulty if they have manufacturing defects, arrive damaged, or do not match the product description.

Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky. If you've ordered the wrong size, we offer one exchange per order subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Free from pet hair, odours, or any signs of wear

  • Subject to stock availability

Exchange Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to us

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to receive the replacement item

  • We recommend using tracked delivery for your protection

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at thevanityfur.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, item to exchange, and desired size

  3. We'll confirm availability and provide return instructions

  4. Send the item back using tracked delivery (at your expense)

  5. Once received and inspected, we'll send your replacement (shipping fee applies)

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Items with removed tags or showing signs of pet use

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
